If your roof is 20 years old and displays some of the following damages: looks old and worn, shingles are cracked, damages or buckling, has airborne algae which produces black lines and patches, shingles with curled edges missing granulate, (visual deposits of granulates in the gutters), and beams of light coming through the top of the house and visible in the attic.
